I have been renting from this company for 4 years and have had no problems. The staff are understanding , approachable and helpful. I don't feel like I have someone watching over me and feel at home . Any issues raised (hardly ever) are resolved in timely manner. When I moved in , all the carpets were cleaned from top to bottom. The house was CLEAN, ready for me to just unpack . There is a welcoming and warm atmosphere in their office and they are pretty easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them. I have been with wright and co for just over 8 years. They have always been friendly and approachable and most certainly bend over backwards to get work carried out in the 2 properties I have and am renting off of them.  3 years ago my life was turned upside down when I was informed by them that my rented house at the time was being sold. However the company (within 2 months) had a new property for me to move in to. This would have been sooner but they needed the time to totally gut the house, fit a kitchen, decorate the whole house, carpet the house and much more as they wouldn't have seen me go into the vile conditions the previous tenants left the house in.
